At the North Bronx Cowboys, we pride ourselves on being a part of the individual and well-being of our community. We have provided youth sports to the community since 2004. With caring adults who provide guidance and direction we believe we can have an impact on each and every child that comes through our program. Our volunteers are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise. Our goal is to make a difference in your life and those around you through our continued effort to make the North Bronx Cowboys a program the community can partner with and count on to be there for kids. The 2021 season is a re-launch of the Cowboys program with new partners, new sponsorship, and new opportunities that we can pass on to our membership. With our sponsors, we are able to pass along a low registration fee as well as scholarship opportunities for those families hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. For participants, we are able to provide FREE cleats to the first 75 participants who register prior to our first practice on Saturday, April 3rd.

BASKETBALL
The Basketball program is in development. We are searching for a new practice location. The pandemic has restricted or closed former practice locations. We are also seeking additional coaches. Stay in contact with our website for details.
Our Football program will cater to ages 5-14 and will include FLAG Football for ages 5-7. Flag Football will play an in house schedule for the Spring season and will play in a in house and Travel League for the Fall season. Tackle Football caters to ages 8-13 and will play in the Metro North Youth Football and Cheer League. We will play games against teams from Poughkeepsie, Peekskill, Yonkers, North Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon, Bridgeport and White Plains. Practices start for Flag and Tackle on Saturday April 17th.
The Cheerleading program is in development. We are searching for a new practice location and Cheer coaches. The pandemic has restricted or closed former practice locations. We anticipate resuming practice in the very near future. Keep in contact with this website for future details.
COMING SOON
LACROSSE
The Lacrosse program is launching for the 2021 season. With our partners at USA Lacrosse we will host several FREE clinics beginning in May and June. The Lacrosse program will have a developmental schedule and will play various pick-up games and scrimmages for the 2021 season. We will develop the program to prepare for League play in the 2022 season.

SOCCER
Our Soccer program is launching for the 2021 season and caters to ages 6-13. For the first year they will play a developmental schedule with practices geared toward developing a team spirit. We are preparing Soccer to join a League for the 2022 season. There will be numerous pick up games and scrimmages for the 2021 season. Practices start Saturday April 17th.
